Patrick Eady

Patrick started work with Calderdale Music in 2002.

Although he has a degree in Jazz Studies, Patrick has a wide range of musical interests including
Blues, Irish traditional music, Classical guitar, Soul, Reggae, Jimi Hendrix, J.S. Bach, Miles Davis, the Beatles and Bob Dylan.

He teaches Guitar, Bass guitar and Ukulele and has performed in many settings over the years including the Royal Albert Hall, Leeds Irish Centre, York Barbican and the West Yorkshire Playhouse.

He believes music is part of the wider arts alongside painting and literature amongst others and is vital to our cultural life. Moreover, it’s fun, makes you new friends and enriches our lives.
