To set up this page we have to put an event date, which we have made 1st July. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your confirmed Voices Together date as this may not be 1st July.
You can visit this page as many times as you wish, if you’d like to uploaded your documents as and when you have them ready. Alternatively, you can wait until you have everything you need then upload everything all at once.
This page will ask you for:
Final Confirmation Of Choir Numbers. Please note – as per our booking confirmation email, we are unable to accept additional students to the number you indicated on your original application form, unless this has been agreed with Calderdale Music. This number is written on your booking confirmation form.

If your numbers drop between confirming them now, and arriving on the day – PLEASE LET US KNOW. These changes may allow other schools to bring more students, or allow us to include another school choir. It also affects our seating plans
Accessibility Needs – this gives you opportunity to let us know about any accessibility needs of your staff or students that we need to be aware of
Choir Photo – Please note this must be landscape, and in JPEG or PNG format.
Completed Media Consent Form – this is a requirement from all schools. Please email VoicesTogether@calderdalemusic.co.uk if there are any issues.
