At Ryburn Valley High School, Calderdale Music provides an exciting programme of music education that helps students develop their creativity, confidence, and performance skills.
As part of the school’s extra-curricular offer, Matt Thompstone runs a Rock Band, giving students the opportunity to rehearse and perform together in a supportive and inspiring group setting. Registration for Rock Band is managed directly through the school.
Students can also access individual, paired, or small-group lessons in drums, taught by our tutor, Matt Thompstone. To register for these lessons, please visit the Instruments page and find the registration button for your chosen instrument.
Through this provision, Calderdale Music is proud to support Ryburn Valley High School in offering high-quality and inclusive music education for all its students.
