Calderdale Music Piano Performances – Saturday 17th May at The Old Courthouse, Halifax

We are running an informal concert for piano students at Calderdale Music’s home in Halifax – The Old Courthouse.

This concert will give piano students the opportunity to perform in front of a small, friendly and supportive audience, and to hear other young pianists play too. It will take place in our performance room, formerly the main courtroom when the building was a Magistrate’s Court. Our ensemble for piano players “Debut Keys” will play as well.

If you are reading this, your teacher has invited you to take part in this event. Your teacher will help you choose a piece of music during your lesson. If you’d like to perform, please click “Register Interest” at the bottom of the page. There are a limited number of places available.

Venue: Calderdale Music, 1 The Old Courthouse, Blackwall, Halifax, HX1 2DL

Parking: On street pay & display, please bring some change with you or download the APCOA connect app and register your card details before arriving.

Refreshments: Vending machine and self service coffee machine.

Tickets: No charge for tickets, however please let us know how many you need (including the person performing) You can indicate this when you register your interest to perform.

Please Note:

• Performers must be accompanied by a responsible adult. They will sit with this person in the audience whilst other musicians are performing.
• We may take photos and videos to share online, but if you would rather we didn’t you can tell us this when you register to perform
