PLEASE NOTE: This page is now closed for uploading the information below. To send through any late submissions please email these directly to events@calderdalemusic.co.uk

On this web page, you can upload:

• Confirmation of your song choice including length, composer etc
• Your backing track if you are using one
• Your completed media consent form (if you are able to give consent)
• Confirmation of choir numbers
• A copy of your sheet music or lyrics (if available)

Please upload all documentation required by Wednesday 16^th April. This is 2 weeks before the event.
