At Ripponden Junior & Infant School, Calderdale Music provides a vibrant programme of music education that supports pupils in developing their creativity, confidence, and musical skills. Our tutors, Mark Donlon and Matt Richardson, deliver both curriculum and individualised learning opportunities tailored to each child’s ability and interests.
As part of the school curriculum, Matt Richardson teaches classroom ukulele on Wednesday afternoons, giving every pupil the chance to explore their musical skills in a group setting.
Pupils can also access individual, paired, or small-group lessons in piano with Mark Donlon and acoustic guitar with Matt Richardson. To register for these lessons, please visit the Instruments page and find the registration button for your chosen instrument.
Through this provision, Calderdale Music is proud to support Ripponden Junior & Infant School in offering a high-quality and inclusive music education for all its pupils.
